TIVAL Sensors TST-SMX 2 pressure transmitters are designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
The TST-SMX 2 pressure transmitter with ATEX or IECEx approval is available for this purpose.
The ATEX approval is available fo
r Zone 0 acc. II 1G Ex ia IIB T4 or II 1G Ex ia IIC T4 and for Zone 1 acc. II 2G Ex ia IIC T4, the IECEx approval is available acc. to Ex ia IIB T4 Ga or Ex ia IIC T4 Gb (Ex ia IIC T4 Ga only with M12x1 connector). The measuring range can be freely selected, starting with the small millibar measuring range of +10 ... +600 mbar up to a measuring range of 0 ... +1000 bar. As an output signal, the TST-SMX 2 has a 4 ... 20 mA analog output in 2-wire technology.
