product description Differential pressure transmitter TST-DD 41
Type TST-DD 41 differential pressure transmitters are designed to detect differential pressure in processes with high static pressures and unidirectional overloads of +100 bar or even +250 bar. In version R, the TST-DD 41 has a one-sided overload resistance of up to +100 bar and is approved for +100 bar static pressure. In version S, the one-sided overload resistance and max. permissible static pressure increase up to +250 bar. The smallest possible differential pressure measuring ranges (ΔP) of both versions of the TST-DD 41 is already at 0 ... +50 mbar.
Fields of application for the TST-DD 41 are plant construction and automation technology or hydraulics and pneumatics. Due to the metallic measuring cell with 1.4404 stainless steel diaphragms, the TST-DD 41 can also be used in chemical applications.
The precise measurement of the differential pressure is achieved by the use of an internal transmission medium. To avoid a position-dependent zero offset, the installation position of the TST-DD 40 (horizontal or vertical) must be specified when ordering. The standard differential pressure measuring ranges (ΔP) start at 0 ... +50 mbar and reach up to 0 ... +25 bar. The measured value is output as analog signal with 4 ... 20 mA, 2-wire. The permissible media temperature is in the range of -25 ... +120 °C, the total measurement error at room temperature is ≤ 0.2 % FS.
There are two types of process connection available. A G 1/2 "male thread made of 1.4404 stainless steel (316L) or a G 1/4" female thread made of the same material is available as a process connection for both pressure sides. The electrical connection can be selected from a variety of common connector variants, such as M12x1 or MVS/A.
