The differential pressure transmitters TST-DDM 10.0 / 20.0 is designed for the differential pressure measurement of water, oil or other liquids and gases, in measuring ranges of +0.4 ... +1000 bar. Areas of application of the TST-DDM 10.0 / 20.0 are numerous industrial applications, such as in water technology, process technology and plant construction. In order to meet all requirements, the differential pressure transmitter can be supplied with a display for the local indication of the measured value as well as without a display.
To detect the differential pressure, the two connected pressure circuts are evaluated independently of each other by two individual sensor elements, which are made of stainless steel thin-film technology. The differential pressure is calculated afterwards by the sensor electronics.
The differential pressure measuring range can be selected within a range of 1: 2 to 1:15 of the nominal pressure. The overload resistance of the sensor is 1.2 times the nominal value.
The measured value is output as analog signal with 4 ... 20 mA or 0 ... 10 V DC. The output signal can optionally be scaled to double or half the differential pressure range. The zero point of the TST-DDM 10.0 / 20.0 can be quickly and easily adjusted on the device at any time.
The total measurement error at room temperature is ≤ 2.5% FS (optional 1% FS).
The process connections of the two pressure sides are executed as G 1/4 "male thread, as standard. Other threads such as G 1/2" A are available on request. All wetted parts of the process connections and sensor elements are made of stainless steel and therefore compatible with most media to be measured.
