The float switch TS-RFK is used for the continuous measurement of the liquid level. The system uses a magnetic float that slides over a standpipe containing a reed contact chain. When driving over the reed contacts, the float switches the individual reed contacts arranged in series on or off and increases or decreases the total resistance of the measuring chain. The current resistance value of the measuring chain can be evaluated by a corresponding controller input into the currentlevel. Optionally, a transducer can be integrated into the sliding tube, which converts the resistance value into a 4 ... 20 mA analog output signal.
